The microphone doesn't hear me

Open Settings, then Teeoh, and make sure Microphone and Speech Recognition are both turned on.

I can't hear the reply

Check that your ringer switch isn't on silent and the volume is up. To change the voice, go to Settings, Accessibility, Spoken Content, Voices.

It says I've reached today's limit

Each phone gets a set number of replies per day. The count resets at midnight Eastern time.

The reply missed the point

Try adding a little context, like "when I asked her to empty the dishwasher, she said she'll do it later." Or move the slider and ask again; each level gives a different reply.

Teeoh won't make a joke about something

If what you type sounds like someone could be in danger, Teeoh skips the reply and shows where to get help instead. In Canada, call 911 in an emergency, call or text 988 for the Suicide Crisis Helpline, or contact Kids Help Phone at 1-800-668-6868 or by texting 686868.

Teeoh is for everyday disagreements and a bit of fun. It isn't professional parenting, medical or mental-health advice. You know your teen better than any app does.
